I'm an apartment locator and I recently have had the opportunity to tour with a customer at Sonoran Palms. Mark was very attentive and knowledgeable. He was eager to answer all of my customer's questions. They processed the application and moved my customer in within 24 hours. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!

Very clean, safe, and affordable apartments, the maintenance team is very responsive, had a hard time sleeping due to a smoke alarm beeping, the maintenance team fix it right away, you guy are amazing, thank you

This is my first time renting and can say my experience was quick and easy! The staff here is great!! I was lucky enough to be helped by Neyda!! Shes so sweet and very professional!! She’s also very friendly and helped me feel comfortable in this new environment. She was able to reassure me on any (and all!) of my questions about this location as well. I’m very satisfied with my apartment and can’t wait to start my next chapter here!

My move-in experience has been great so far. The whole process was really easy, and Neyda has been the absolute sweetest—she hasn’t been there long, but she’s doing amazing. Everyone I’ve met from the staff has been super friendly. I’m really happy with my new place!

I inquired about this property and got a call from Neyda right away. She got a tour set up for me the same day and I was sold by just her alone. She was very sweet, thorough and very knowledgeable about the property. The apartment we saw was updated inside which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be revisiting in a few months when my lease is up!
